Removed from repo.

Bit of an odd issue, there is no simple-jndi 0.5 release, but I do have a 0.4 pom. Sadly the dates don't match up.

Very tempting to just remove evidence of 0.4 and 0.5 and sweep the issue under the carpet of forgetfulness.

Ignoring. There's no 0.5 branch available to replace it with and the immediate problem is fixed.
